Haven Homes

The masterplan and design guidelines for the 300-lot Anselmi Ridge residential community at Pukekohe were created by Construkt (in conjunction with Oculus), so it was a natural progression for building company Haven to ask Construkt to create five initial houses for the community.

The homes produced were in a contemporary style with a rural flavour. Rustic elements include chunky timber pergolas, stone detailing, plastered brick and cedar cladding, and the steeply pitched roofline of the Haven show home.
