In response to the current economic climate, Construkt is expanding its presence where housing sector activity remains strong. Following years of delivering major projects in Hamilton, we have officially set up a permanent base in the heart of the Hamilton CBD at the vibrant Panama Square office space at 14 Garden Place.

Being 'on the ground' allows us to efficiently service local developer clients, build on our completed work across the region, and position ourselves to secure new projects throughout the Waikato, Bay of Plenty, and Rotorua District.

While Auckland remains ahead in multi-unit housing and establishing standards for good intensification, smaller centers like Hamilton are catching up amid rising land prices and infrastructure challenges. Although past density examples have faced market resistance, Construkt is bringing 'aspirational density' to the Waikato to help elevate regional expectations.

Glenn and Matt are based full-time at Panama Square, ready to collaborate and support local clients. Glenn continues to travel to Auckland for a day and a half each week to oversee projects there, while the Waikato team continues to grow.
