Te Uru at Hobsonville currently in construction.
The Te Uru precinct is a 14,000m2 superlot within the Hobsonville Point development. The masterplan for the superlot has 112 units, comprising a mix of stand alone houses, duplexes, terraces and three identity apartment buildings. Hunua Views Pump Station wins big at ADNZ awards
Madushin Amarasekera of Construkt Associates – last year’s Supreme ADNZ winner – won a Highly Commended Award in the Commercial/ Industrial Category for his design of the Hunua Views Pump Station.
The pump station provides wastewater reticulation for up to 1000 dwellings in the adjacent Hunua Views Development. The brief required that the station relate well to the development and act as a marker building.
