This north facing site is located Point Chevalier, Auckland.

A portion of the existing heritage listed dwelling is to be restored and relocated as commercial space fronting Point Chevalier Road. Four residential apartments are to be developed to the rear of the Heritage Building.

The new residential development employs simple yet bold architectural form that draws inspiration from the existing heritage building and is stepped back to consider the existing character and context of the site.

The development is sited to enable fantastic northern and western exposure to all living, entertainment and bedroom areas. Materials and finishes are carefully considered to compliment the overall development.

It is envisioned that the proposal will uplift the visual amenity of the area as well as provide a high quality development for a changing city fringe neighbourhood.
