Multiple seating arrangements are distributed throughout the space, allowing residents to choose between intimate conversations and larger group interactions. The layout feels open and uncluttered, while still maintaining a sense of enclosure and comfort within each seating cluster.

A strong emphasis is placed on natural, tactile materials to create a warm and residential atmosphere. Timber features prominently throughout the design, seen in the built-in shelving, wall panelling, and furniture frames. The wood grain introduces visual richness and continuity across the space. This is further complemented by upholstered seating in soft, muted fabrics, predominantly in shades of beige, taupe, and olive, adds comfort and durability, while remaining visually calming.

The lighting design combines natural and artificial sources to create a bright yet gentle environment. Large glazed doors and windows at the rear of the lounge allow abundant daylight to filter through sheer curtains, diffusing light evenly and reducing glare.
