This 77-Lot residential development is bordered by the Northern Motorway and two streams and has just a single access point off Jack Hawken Lane. The result is that the site has a distinctive sense of place arising from its separation from surrounding development. The design needed to provide access to an NZTA service area and also mitigate noise from the motorway.
Construkt prepared the masterplan and collaborated with Hutchinson Consultants and Metro planning on a successful Plan Change and subdivision application. The majority of the lots are for detached dwellings, however there are two precincts for terrace houses for which Construkt prepared designs.
This development was on-sold to another developer shortly after consenting.
