Construkt designed extensive additions and alterations to a small villa in the Residential 1 zone in Grey Lynn.

An unsympathetic 1980’s rear addition was demolished to provide a 2-storey rear addition, with the living & kitchen area stepped down to provide access to a rear pool and the west facing yard. This enabled the roofline of the upper floor bedroom & ensuite to be integrated seamlessly with the existing villa roof, and the character of the original villa was strengthened.
