A mix of tenure – around 78 Housing New Zealand homes, of which at least 39 properties will become affordable housing options, and the remainder will be private sales. Balance between standardisation of design elements and specific site response – the sites are of varied sizes, shapes and topography.

Architectural design for approximately 330 houses ranging from standalone to terrace houses (land use consent stage). Detailed design for Area B and part of Area A (building consent stage).
