The Long Bay Retail & Hospitality Building is a new two‑storey development planned for a key corner site in the heart of Long Bay Village. Positioned directly across from New World and surrounded by local parks, walkways, and community amenities, the building is designed to become a lively and welcoming part of everyday village life.

The project brings together a mix of shops, cafés, and dining spaces on the ground floor, with additional hospitality space on the upper level overlooking the nearby wetland corridor.
